day 1
Africa Motion Tours (AMT) will pick you up at the Windhoek International Airport, Hosea Kutako and take you to Windhoek,Hotel Thule ,upper class Hotel ! Small lunch, a good well deserved rest afterwards. Dinner will be at 7:30 p.m. in one of Windhoeks most cuisinic restuarants. Day
day 2
Leaving Windhoek at 7 o’clock via Khomashochland, normal gravel road, first stretch 30 km tarred road, to Otjimbingwe, Usakos to finally reach the Spitzkoppe, where we will set up camp and if there is time left do some good off-road driving. Total +/- 340 km Lunch en Route !
day 3
Today after a good breakfast, we will leave Spitzkoppe via off-road to the tarred road 40 km via the Khan riverbed, a good 100 km off-road. Tonight we will stay over in Swakopmund. Total +/- 180 km. One of the best Hotels !
day 4
Today we have the opportunity of spending half a day with the quads in the dunes as well as spending lunch at Dune 7, one of the highest dunes in that area. The rest of that day we will use for shopping or just leisure in Swakopmund.
day 5
After a good breakfast in the hotel, we head towards Cape Cross, (60 km beach driving) the biggest seal colony in Southern Africa. From here on we continue offroad towards Messum Crater and eventually set up camp here, totally remote ! Best meat in the world and fresh starches are always served around the fire when Camping.
day 6
Brandberg, the highest mountain in Namibia with 2700 Meter. Total +/- 170km. Good off- roading . We are camping under the stars in a huge and comfortable campsite.
day 7
After a good breakfast we are leaving off-road to Uis and then on gravel road to Omaruru Game Lodge. Here a game drive in the evening is a must since you will see every possible animal that’s living in Namibia ! Total +/- 180 km.
Day 8
Leaving Omaruru Game Lodge we are traveling back to Windhoek on the shortest road, which is 70 km gravel road, and the rest tarred road. In the evening we will once again have supper in a good restaurant and check in at Thule. Total +/- 230 km.
