Kalahari Rally Tours - Annually
Day 1
Arrival Windhoek International Airport Hosea Kutako Welcoming and Transfer to Hotel Thule or Safari Courts / Dinner Pit and Camping Area
Day 2
Breakfast/ Transfer 500 km to Koes, Pan Rally. Susuki DRZ 400 E Hard Enduro and Camp will be ready for us ! A warm up loop of 20 km in and around the pan of Koes. Dinner and a short briefing about the terrain etc. Sleeping in tents, portable showers and toilets available
Day 3 and 4
Breakfast, practice riding on similar terrain the race is been held, for the whole day, with a light lunch at the race pit stop and excellent food prepared on the fire with gathering around the campfire to prepare for the race.
Day 5
Rally Day (240 km) Dinner and price giving with dance in the evening! You are welcome to bring your partnerfor this special tour!
Day 6
Fun Rally - This includes the fastest 1 km stretch on the pan, Dune climbing, a miniloop race! Dinner and price giving with dance in the evening
Day 7
Breakfast and departing to Stampriet, Historical Guesthouse still in the Kalahari, very scenic drive/transfer next to the Auob riverbed, which crosses the Kalahari Desert !
Day 8
Transfer 600 km to Swakopmund, Hotel Pension A la Mer, Dinner in Swakopmund in one of the best restaurants.
Day 9 and 10
Back on the saddles of our toys, we challenge the next 2 days one of the highest dunes in the world ! . (Coincidentally, right at the very place Brad Pitt came to play on a quad bike and have Angelina’s baby delivered – Brangelina was here ! You would never know, as the timeless dunes and ceaseless ocean which brought us here, have a natural life of their own. These dunefields are irresistible. Simply the biggest in the world, with 1,000 feet high, 3-different types, huge area, by the ocean, constantly shifting. Having ridden Erg Chebbi, these being higher and steeper, were too close to give a miss. This is PLAYDAY) All photos on the PDF file are from the original places as per race-tour itinerary. Anyone is welcome to participate: The race is always first weekend in July ! This means the tour will be build around those dates every year. Contact us for more details. You will always come back !
Day 11
After breakfast we travel 360 km by transfer to a ranch near Windhoek, to introduce you to different game in Namibia Sure we will celebrate some prices won! Dinner on the ranch, with good wine and sure lots of stories to share !
Day 12
Breakfast and Transfer to the International Airport Hosea Kutako.
Annually : Race : First weekend in July !
